We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a simple returns policy.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns for most items that have been opened, as long as they are in their original condition.

How to Return an Item

  1. Log in to your account and visit your order history
  2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return
  3. Click "Return Item" and follow the instructions
  4. Print the return shipping label (if provided)
  5. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
  6. Attach the return shipping label and drop off at the specified carrier

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund. The money will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Return Shipping

If you need to return an item, you'll be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. For returns due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been significantly used or damaged after delivery
